Preserving Mt. Cuba Center’s Natural Lands
We are committed to protecting, preserving and improving the natural lands of Mt. Cuba Center in order to comprehensively benefit biodiversity native to our region. Our natural lands staff monitor and protect rare plant populations, systematically remove invasive species, restore degraded habitats, and manage for wildlife. In collaboration with surrounding land owners, neighbors and government agencies, our staff work to insure the integrity of our lands for the future.
